We want you to love your new lighting, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all Poplight fixtures in their original condition. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your home, our streamlined return process makes it easy to find your glow.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Poplight fixture and all mounting hardware in the original packaging to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
